This page is intended to keep coaches up to date with regard to USA Hockey, Minnesota Hockey or Armstrong Youth Hockey information.  If there is anything you would like to see on this page, please let us know.

Coaching Clinics

If you need to renew your coaches card or this is your first year coaching, please click on the tab below for information on upcoming coaching clinics.  The USA Hockey site will be updated as more classes are added.  All classes must be taken and copies of cards received by Sandy Poferl by mid December.  2003-2004 cards expire this year.  Remember to save your receipt because AYHA will reimburse you for taking these classes.

Coaches Screening Form

All coaches must fill out a background check form before they can go on the ice this year.  Please print out this form and mail it to:
