We must also receive your $300 volunteer deposit before your registration will be complete, your child will not be able to skate until this has been received.

 If your registration has been blocked please contact Todd Pannek at youth.director@armstronghockey.com  or Mark Gauer at treasurer@armstronghockey.com 

All families will need a PIN Number to use this online registration feature.  You will be allowed to pay via check or credit card.  Once you begin, please read all instructions so you can request a PIN Number.  PIN numbers will be assigned and emailed back to you within 24 hours of your request.  If you have Spam filters involved in your email, please check your spam folders just in case our reply goes there.

The following forms need to be submitted in addition to your on line registration.  Mite families need to fill out all 4 forms and mail them to Anne Winter.  All traveling players need to submit the USA Hockey Liability Waiver and the Armstrong Hockey Liability Waiver, only, to Sandy Poferl.  These forms can be printed as you complete your registration on line as well.  Please double click on the links below to open and print each form.
